Real Estate Specific Contact Management & CRM Comparison Matrix - Gary David Hall

Below is a screenshot of a project I have been working on for months now. With 2 exceptions, I have spent 4 - 5 hours with the owners of all of these products, going over every aspect of them.

It's still raw, but this will give you an idea of what I'm up to. When completed, it will have over 350 points of comparison (the 'Categories'), and as of today, 30 Real Estate specific Contact Management and CRM programs/solutions. Most of the categories will be links (gold). This product will serve not only as a comparison tool, but also as an educational tool, describing all the different aspects of the different programs, and how they function.

There is much about it I have yet to decide upon, such as "How much will it cost to view it?" It will be available in both a one time fee for a finite period of time, and a subscription basis. It's a huge undertaking, but I think it will be worth it in the end. It will allow you to run down the categories, and place different solutions side by side to compare.

It will allow the vendors to edit their information whenever they choose, and there is a date field showing when they last updated their info.
